Ingredients
- Premium wheat flour
- ground beef
- ground pork
- drinking water
- butter
- onion
- garlic
- cilantro
- salt
- spices.
Preparation
Carefully place the khinkali into boiling water, add a few drops of sunflower oil, salt to taste, and stir gently so they don’t stick together. After the water comes to a boil again, cook for 10–12 minutes. Serve with sour cream or butter.
