Pelmeni

Classic dumplings with tender meat filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Premium wheat flour
  • ground beef
  • ground pork
  • drinking water
  • chicken egg
  • vegetable oil
  • onion
  • salt
  • spices.

Preparation

Carefully place the pelmeni into boiling water, add a few drops of sunflower oil, salt to taste, and stir gently so they don’t stick together. After the water comes to a boil again, cook for 8–10 minutes. Serve with sour cream or butter.

Store at a temperature of −18 °C and relative air humidity below 75%. Do not refreeze after thawing.
